What if I have to cancel my vacation?
Any deposit that has already been paid will be refunded in full (possibly minus bank charges).
Cancellations from the 42nd day before arrival are staggered as follows:
30% from 42 days before arrival
50% from 14 days before arrival
100% from 7 days before arrival and in the event of no-show or early departure
Alternative cancellation conditions apply to "channel reservations" (Booking.com, Mayrhofen.at, etc.) and are communicated with the respective channel reservation.
Cancellation costs incurred can be covered by our cancellation insurance.
Due to the Corona situation, we have adjusted our cancellation conditions for the entire summer of 2021. These new cancellation conditions therefore apply until November 30th, 2021:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- from 14 days before arrival 50% of the booking amount
- from 7 days before arrival 100% of the booking amount
In the event of a travel warning for our area which exists at the time of arrival, free cancellation is possible at any time.
No separate cancellation conditions are currently issued for the coming winter season unless they have been communicated in writing.
If there is a travel warning for Austria, cancellation free of charge is only possible if vaccinated persons are subject to a general quarantine obligation or entry is not possible for vaccinated persons. It is also possible to cancel free of charge if accommodation is prohibited due to a lockdown at the start of your holiday.
However, we cannot agree to a free cancellation within the cancellation period due to a missing vaccination.
Our cancellation conditions do not apply to an active corona disease.
If an arrival is not possible due to an active illness or an early arrival has to be started, the daily cancellation rate will be charged.
We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance with European travel insurance, as this also includes an active corona disease.
