Here you will find the most important information about your stay with us, as well as your arrival and departure.

Arrival

The rooms and apartments are usually available from 3pm on the day of arrival and are reserved for you until 7pm. Should you arrive later, we ask you to announce. For arrivals after 8pm, an additional processing fee of 25 euros can be charged. Furthermore, we offer for late arrivals the possibility to check in by key safe. The information will be sent in advance. Arrivals before 3pm are possible upon prior request and free apartment. Generally, we ask all guests to announce the approximate arrival time.

Accessible

All rooms and apartments (except Alpenrose) are barrier-free 60+ comfortably accessible by lift

Departure

We ask our guests to check-out of the Rooms till 10am. In case of early departure the full amount of the invoice minus local tax will be charged. Late check-out until 4:30pm on prior request at an additional cost of € 10,- per person possible (just in summertimes on free availability - generally not in wintertimes)

Deposit

We reserve the right to cancel reservations in case of non-punctual down payments.

by banktransfer: For all reservations we ask to transfer a deposit of 30% of the booking amount to our bank account free of charge so that we can make your booking binding. A booking will only be binding once the deposit has arrived. (Bank details can be found below)

by creditcard: Alternatively it is possible to complete the prepayment quickly and conveniently by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) - "secure and online". For this please use the following link: "online payment - Alpenresort Thanner"

Internet

WiFi is available in the entire hotel free of charge

Luggage

Should you leave late you are able to leave your luggage with us safely

Late Check-In

A late check-in is possible in case of early request via our key safe, information will be communicated in advance

Parking

There are open parking spaces available. Arriving with an electric car - your e-mobile can be refueled at our charging station with up to 11 KW (type 2 socket).

Visitor's Tax

per Person per Night € 2,20 (from year of Birth 2002 in the Year 2018) Subject to change without prior notice.

Extras

Laundryservice: € 7,-- (washed and dried) per machine

extra towels (bath- and hand towels): € 4,--
per set bathrobe: € 5,-- / stay

If there is free availability, a later departure can be requested for an extra charge.

Smoking

The complete Alpenresort is actually non-smoking area. We please you to use open spaces for your desire

Cancellation fee

If you want to cancel your booking with us, you can do so at any time free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
Any deposit that has already been paid will be refunded in full (possibly minus bank charges or booked hotel cancellation insurance).

Cancellations from the 42nd day before arrival are staggered as follows:
30% from 42 days before arrival
50% from 14 days before arrival
100% from 7 days before arrival and in the event of no-show or early departure
 
Separate conditions are always communicated in writing and/or are included in the respective reservation confirmation.
Alternative cancellation conditions apply to "channel reservations" (Booking.com, Mayrhofen.at, etc.) and are communicated with the respective channel reservation.
Cancellation costs incurred can be covered by our cancellation insurance.

Travel Insurance

Because something can always happen, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. In addition to cancellation protection, the european travel insurance offers assistance and support with regard to your hotel stay  – such as in event of trip interruption, involuntary holiday extension, distress in the mountains or an active corona disease.

Should an emergency really occur and you have to cancel your holiday for an insured reason, you can go here to report the claim online. The policy number, the booking confirmation, the paid cancellation invoice, the completed claim form and proof of the insured reason are required for the "European Insurance Company" to check the claim. (the cancellation invoice replaces part A of the claim form)

Subsequent insurance can also be taken out at any time using the following link. (If you take out insurance within 3 days of booking, the insurance applies immediately, a 10-day waiting period applies if you take out insurance late)

Paying Method

We prefer cash or debit card (bank card, Maestro), or bank transfer in advance. Furthermore, Visa and Mastercard payments are also offered. Your Bill needs to be paid on Arrival.

Price Calculation

Depending on the season, the price calculation is partly dynamic and depends on the total length of the stay.
